RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At MAEPLE, every piece is thoughtfully crafted exclusively upon order. Our made-to-order approach allows us to create intentionally, reduce excess production, and offer garments that are made especially for you.
We encourage you to carefully review the product details and Size Guide before placing your order to help ensure the perfect fit.
Hassle-Free Size Exchanges
We understand that fit can occasionally vary. In the unlikely event of a misfit, we are happy to assist with a size exchange.
To request a size exchange, please email us at shopmaeple@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Once your exchange request has been approved, our team will share the return address and further instructions.
Please note:
- Size exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- For size exchanges, customers are kindly requested to ship the item to the return address shared by our team.
- Exchange requests are processed only after the returned item has been received and approved following a quality check.
- The exchange process may take 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
No Refunds or Style Exchanges
As every MAEPLE garment is made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not offer:
- Refunds
- Store credits
- Order cancellations once production has begun
- Exchanges for different products, styles, colors, or prints
This policy helps us uphold our commitment to mindful, made-to-order fashion while minimizing unnecessary waste.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a size exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The garment must be free from stains, makeup marks, fragrances, pet hair, alterations, or any visible signs of wear.
Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale items
- Discounted purchases
- Promotional purchases
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Altered garments
- Lingerie and intimate wear
- Tampered or used items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email shopmaeple@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the issue.
For incorrect items, an unboxing video may be requested for verification.
Please ensure that all original tags remain attached while the issue is being reviewed.
Important Information
- MAEPLE reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- Exchange requests may be refused if the information, photographs, or videos provided are incomplete or unclear.
- If we do not receive a response to our follow-up communication within 48 hours, the exchange request may be considered closed.
- MAEPLE reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
