Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days.
Free shipping charge for all domestic orders.
Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

48-Hour Delivery (Delhi NCR Only)

Our 48-hour delivery service is available exclusively for customers located in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
This service is charged at ₹500 per order.
If the 48-hour delivery option is selected for an address outside the eligible Delhi NCR regions, the order will be dispatched using our fastest available shipping method; however, delivery within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that 48-hour delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays.

Additional Information

Requests for order prioritisation are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
As deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners, MAEPLE cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays.
Once an order has been delivered, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

To offer a secure and efficient Cash on Delivery experience, MAEPLE provides a Partial COD option.

Advance Payment Requirement

Customers opting for Partial COD are required to pay an upfront amount of 10% of total order amount at the time of placing the order. This payment confirms the order and initiates the shipping process.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Advance Payment

The 10% advance payment is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Cancellation of the order after dispatch.
Refusal or failure to accept the order upon delivery.
Requests for return or exchange of the product.
Failure to collect the order after delivery attempts.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.
If the package is not accepted or collected on both occasions, the order will be returned to us and the 10% advance payment will be forfeited.

This amount covers expenses related to courier services, packaging, handling, and operational costs involved in processing and shipping the order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Delivery Timelines

International orders are generally delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery country and the number of items ordered.
You will receive automated email updates regarding the status of your shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges once they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand any applicable duties or taxes for shipments arriving from India.
MAEPLE is not responsible for paying customs duties or taxes on behalf of the customer. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, any resulting costs or consequences will remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will issue store credit, as replacements for international orders cannot be processed.
