Exchange Guidelines

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
For size exchanges, customers are kindly requested to ship the item to the return address shared by our team.
Exchanges are applicable only for a different size of the same product and are subject to availability.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Sale, discounted, custom-made, altered, lingerie, and tampered items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
