Exchange Guidelines
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- For size exchanges, customers are kindly requested to ship the item to the return address shared by our team.
- Exchanges are applicable only for a different size of the same product and are subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Sale, discounted, custom-made, altered, lingerie, and tampered items are not eligible for exchange.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
